This hospitality project located in Clearwater, Florida is in a prime location right off the coast. The hotel embodies a coastal feel with a twist. The client wanted the space to feel connected to the locals while becoming a popular statement motel where guests are drawn to have Instagramable moments within. When considering the needs of the suites, space restrictions were taken into account, thus creative solutions were implemented to provide plenty of areas for various functionality. Through a mix of materials, colors, and patterns an impactful design was developed that makes the suites feel relaxed and cohesive. The overall goal of the design was to create an approachable family-friendly coastal retreat.
